Oracle Process Cloud has been a great contributor to fulfill the technological and digital needs of our organization in many ways. We have been using this tool to automate our processes and applications in the cloud for assisting engineering and technical teams for efficient and reliable outcomes and it has also helped a lot to reduce manual workings for pre-assigned processes through automation. In our organization, Oracle Process Cloud is being used by the IT and Technology department mainly. We have successfully increased the overall efficiency and security of our data integrity and work processes through this tool.
  • Automation of processes and applications.
  • Data security and integrity across organizational databases.
  • Scalability and reliability of work processes.
  • Unavailability of advanced analytics and case management features.
Oracle Process Cloud is capable of handling complex processes through its automation and can integrate applications and processes at large for the organizations. It is very well suited for the organizations which are looking for a reliable source for process automation and management tool for overall work efficiency and accuracy.
  • ROI is positive for our organization as we were able to automate and manage many processes efficiently.

Oracle Process Cloud is being utilized by our core software engineering team with the assistance of our business and finance team to automate many of our routine processes. Some of the tasks that we are automating with Oracle Process Cloud include employee onboarding and end-user service ticket handling. Oracle Process Cloud allows our managers to work on assigning processes and tasks away from the office, even if they are not even connected to the Internet.
  • Offline Productivity Feature. All work that is done offline gets immediately synced once the user reconnects to the Internet.
  • Minimal Coding Required. Our business team doesn't have any difficulty setting up tasks and processes to be executed.
  • Machine-Learning Recommendation Feature. Oracle Process Cloud's smart recommendations have been quite helpful for our administrators in helping them organize/categorize tasks.
  • No Support for Migrating Oracle BPM Apps. Oracle BPM applications cannot be ported over to Oracle Process Cloud.
  • Customer Support isn't the best. There were many instances where the support team couldn't fully understand the problems we were experiencing.
  • Absence of Case Management and Advanced Analytics. Due to Oracle Process Cloud needing less coding knowledge, many of the advanced features are not able to be configured.
Oracle Process Cloud is suited for medium-sized companies and up who want to create applications that can automate tasks without the need of recruiting more software developers. With a couple hours of training, any member of the organization's business team will be well-equipped with all of the knowledge that is needed to use Oracle Process Cloud effectively. If your IT team is large and able to take upon the task of making the given application, then something like Oracle BPM is a better solution.
  • The cost of subscription and maintaining Oracle Process Cloud has yet to be fully made back by our organization.
  • Performance and reliability of the platform are as good as many of Oracle Process Cloud's competitors, but keeping the costs in mind, we were expecting better.
  • Our engineering team only has to assist the business team occasionally to maintain our applications on Oracle Process Cloud, allowing the core engineering team to be more productive.
I haven't used any products like Oracle Process Cloud in the past, but our organization is planning to test out UIPath RPA and see how it compares with Oracle Process Cloud in the near future.

In our organization, we are using EBS/Enterprises Database and Oracle WebLogic. It is very powerful for developing applications. We use cluster services for and migrated all MySQL DBs to Oracle Enterprise Applications and Oracle Process Cloud.

Government agencies use different databases as per their requirements. We managed to bring them on board to make a central DB and different application connections. We also implemented enterprise management tools to monitor the databases. We use LDAP authentications for single sign-on applications.

It was a little hard early on. We faced too many challenges with the migration process from standard/enterprise databases into the cloud. We tried AWS and Oracle Process Cloud. Oracle cloud services was a little hard to finalize but we managed to get Oracle Process Cloud on-premise cloud services.
  • Because it is basically all in one platform, it makes managing it easy.
  • There is a room for improvement with licensing.
The main feature users liked about Oracle Process Cloud is the all-in-one platform. Oracle databases, storage, middle-tier applications, API's, EBS, OCI's and data warehousing tools can also be integrated.
  • Oracle Process Cloud has all the features and is the best in the current industry, except that Oracle licensing is very expensive.
  • Oracle Process Cloud has proved that PaaS offers many advantages regarding implementation, reliability, scalability, and security. The best feature is functionality and data support.
